Abacha Loot: United States Government threatens Nigerian government if this happens.

The government of the United States just signed and published a tripartite agreement with the federal government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria which is supposed to guide the repatriation of over $308 million loot stashed abroad by the popular late Military dictator, Gen. Sani Abacha.

Following the agreement, the United States Department of State issued a publicly published letter dated February 4th, 2020 through its spokesman, Morgan Ortagus, stating clearly, the conditions for the return of the fund looted by general Abacha amongst many others we do not know.

Part of the conditions in the letter spotted by mrawesomesblog, reads tbag "Nigeria is expected to payback the fund if by any means it is lost as a result of corruption or fraud perpetrated by Nigeria’s leaders as they usually do."

Below is a copy of the letter as issued by the US department of state.
